(former Boye Huayang Pipe Co., LTD.), located in No. 83, Rubber Industrial Zone, Boye County, is a textile enterprise specializing in the production of nylon canvas (conveyor belt skeleton material), which belongs to the upstream supporting industry of conveyor belt. The company now has 120 employees, 114 sets of main equipment loom, two sets of new dipping processing lines, to achieve an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of nylon canvas, to achieve a single product of the largest production capacity of domestic manufacturers. Through 10 years of production and sales, the company's products have accounted for nearly 35% of the Hebei market and 20% of the domestic market. With the gradual expansion of the company's brand building and the vigorous promotion of the skeleton branch of the Chinese Oak Association, product sales will usher in further growth.
The advanced nature of industrial technology: the company has upgraded the production process of the dipping production line, and applied the domestic advanced industrial PLC communication and inverter control technology, which greatly reduces the manpower input and ensures the stability of the product; The remote debugging function of the production line is realized by using the Internet, which shortens the space distance between the production line and after-sales maintenance personnel, and ensures the 24-hour uninterrupted maintenance of the production line.
In terms of environmental protection and energy saving advancement: the company will invest 4 million yuan in photovoltaic power generation system with partners in 2022, actively responding to the "double carbon work"; Through the overall drying room design, upgrading the production process, reducing the use of natural gas, and improving energy consumption in a big step.
In terms of advanced management: the company was successfully listed in Shijiazhuang Equity Exchange in September 2020; In 2015, Kingdee ERP system was installed and used, and in May 2023, MES system was developed in cooperation with a third party, realizing QR code data collection from main raw materials to finished products.
